Mamy dla Was świetną informację! Rozpoczął się nabór do VII edycji Programu Mentoringowego SGH
Zapraszamy studentki i studentów, którzy chcieliby rozwijać swoją ścieżkę zawodową zgodną ze swoimi zainteresowaniami i skorzystać ze wsparcia od absolwentów mających w wybranej dziedzinie doświadczenie. Dzięki temu mogą oni rozwijać pasje zawodowe i kompetencje, korzystać z wiedzy i doświadczenia tych, którzy osiągnęli już sukces na rynku pracy.
Celem programu jest budowa relacji pomiędzy mentees, a mentorami, oraz wspólnoty zrzeszającej zarówno osoby studiujące, jak i te już z sukcesem działające na rynku pracy
W ramach programu uczestnicy zakwalifikowani zostaną objęci opieką mentora – absolwenta SGH, który odnosi sukcesy w danej dziedzinie. W trakcie jego trwania studenci odbywają min. 5 indywidualnych spotkań ze swoimi mentorami. Podczas takich sesji mentoringowych wspólnie zajmują się ustalonymi na początku celami, a także dzielą się swoimi spostrzeżeniami i doświadczeniami. Terminy i miejsca spotkań są indywidualnie dostosowywane do potrzeb mentorów i ich mentees

We have great information for you! Recruitment for the 7th edition of the SGH Mentoring Program has started
We invite students who would like to develop their professional path in line with their interests and benefit from support from alumni with experience in their chosen field. This allows them to develop their professional passions and competencies and benefit from the knowledge and experience of those who have already achieved success in the labor market.
The goal of the program is to build relationships between mentees and mentors, and a community that brings together both students and those already successfully in the labor market
As part of the program, qualified participants will be mentored by a mentor - a graduate of SGH who is successful in the field. During its duration, students have min. 5 individual meetings with their mentors. During such mentoring sessions, they jointly address the goals set at the beginning, and share their insights and experiences. Meeting dates and locations are individually tailored to the needs of mentors and their mentees
